My mug shot has gone public on the Internet. I'm cringing in horror! They absolutely insisted that I must have my photo on this page and I had no choice but to oblige, since I didn't want to lose out on the chance of joining the group. So tell me guys, am I really as comely as I've been told I am? :)

Every bit dear. Congratulation it must feel great to leave an immortal legacy in literature. I wish you the very best on that front. I should think i will be buying one of those stories soon. Keep 'em for yours truly.
Ps. Comely is an understatment.
Take care.
Well done you, though I must confess you look very serious in the photo! All businesslike. It's a big step forward and I applaud you for finding the courage.
Hi NF,
Comely is an understatement? Wow, I'm flattered! Having the opportunity to see one's work published is one that I wasn't going to miss, although seriously speaking I wouldn't have considered something like this if not for the encouragement that I have received over the months from you and others who have spurred me on since this blog started. Thanks buddy.
Why haven't we seen that handsome, very masculine face before? Comely certain is an understatement, though I agree with Tamaku you were too serious. Looking forward to seeing the smile......and congratulations on getting published, I am extremely happy for you. Now you have more incentive to make serious addicts of us!!
Rox you flatter me. Listening to you its almost as if I could enter for the Mr Universe competition, lol.
I hope that the explanation for the serious look given to Tamaku earlier is satisfactory. Otherwise I might have to manufacture another explanation, which hopefully will convince you that I'm not always that serious. lol
hahah I would say you look like an intellectual....
Nonetheless congratulations on getting published!!.... Enjoying the stories already... ;)
and the word verification is "nerdtype".. lol I swear!!
Naijadude, well some of us don't have to fake the 'intellectual' look, although I'm not sure now if "nerdtype" is a description that I should be pleased about...but hey, thats really me in the photo. I swear...lol!
You do look intellectual... and your looks totally matches your brilliant write-ups!
Jude, thanks. Welcome to this blog. This is an official welcome, although I do know that you once left a comment on one of my older blog posts. I've been visiting yours too for a while now, and I think there's something special in what you produce. Thanks for the follow.
You look different from what I imagined - older and serious looking! very brave of you to let go of your anonymity. Kudos to you on the writing front. All the best, Abiola Sanusi
Hi Abiola, thanks for your comment. I know all about that serious look as I've heard quite a lot about it already. Maybe in actuality I'm kind of a serious person, but theres a lighter side to me too. And yes, of course I'm all grown up, not a spring chicken as you might have imagined.
That you even imagined I was younger is proof in itself that I'm not really that serious, dont you think?
And by the way, I was never really anonymous, since I've always used my real name. I don't believe that I'm doing anything wrong or anything of which I should be ashamed, so I have never considered it necessary to hide my identity.
And Abiola, thanks too for visiting and for wishing me well. :)
Oh wow I am so envious. You manage to get the intellectual/successful businessman/seriously cool dude/very funny guy vibe all at once! I can only go for one or the other as I've been told I just look constipated if I try anything more complicated *sighs*
A triple Aaawww! for the stunner in that picture. Djimon Honsou has got nothing on you. The shot captures the right amount of suave cockiness and subtlety that I see in your writing.
The spectacles completes the professorial look- showing off your cerebral firepower huh?
Djimon will be wetting in his pants when I send him this picture. Lol
Seriously, you should think about publishing some short stories or a novel. You are a wonderful story-teller.
Donald.
Well, thanks for he compliments Donald. I'm grateful.
By the way, I couldn't even get Djimon to follow me on Twitter, so I doubt that my photo will make any impact on him, Lol.
